File Formats

JPEG:  Is a compressed image format they can contain colourful, high-resolution images, it is a lossy format, which means some quality is lost when the image is compressed.
RAW: A camera raw image file contains data from an image sensor or a digital camera, image scanner, or motion picture film scanner. Raw files are called RAW because they aren’t processed and are not ready to be printed. Using raw format makes for better quality images.
PDF: Portable Document Format, They put all the elements of a printed document as an electronic image that you can view, navigate, print, or send to someone else.

GIF: Used for images on the web , GIFs uses lossless compression that does not degrade the quality of the image.
